We’ve had a great experience with air novations! They have come to fix our air conditioners with a recall as well as another issue we were having that required a new part. The new part that was needed was still under warranty and they submitted all of that paperwork for us. Just this week our heat wasn’t working and they noticed we were again in need of a new part. Horrible customer service. I had them replace a wine cellar unit 2 years ago in September 2022. I purchased the unit that they recommended. I have had nothing but issues over the past 2 years. After yet another service call, yesterday I was told by the service manager that the unit they installed is garbage, they've had a lot of issues with them and that they don't sell them anymore. He then tried to convince me to purchase a new upgraded system from them. Stay far away from this company.
Jason provided excellent service and was very patient in explaining the problem that we had with our plumbing, I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC services!
They gave me a partial quote to get me started that was high, but with verbal assurance the total bill would not be much more. Then once halfway they hit me with the rest of the quote that was an order of magnitude higher than I was told, and way way out of line with the going rate for this sort of work, knowing I had limited time to get the job done.
