Excellent service. They were punctual, fairly priced and they figured out the root of our AC problem. They also fixed it disastrous job that previous Contractors had done. They use the best equipment and make sure to activate the warranties on them. 100% recommend
I highly recommend Air Novations. They have replaced 2 heat pumps at my home and did extensive electrical work in my barn. Every time I interact with this company I am impressed by their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and fast response. They were able to replace one of the heat pumps during covid when other companies were not able to do it because of supply chain issues. We’ve had a great experience with air novations! They have come to fix our air conditioners with a recall as well as another issue we were having that required a new part. The new part that was needed was still under warranty and they submitted all of that paperwork for us. Just this week our heat wasn’t working and they noticed we were again in need of a new part. Horrible customer service. I had them replace a wine cellar unit 2 years ago in September 2022. I purchased the unit that they recommended. I have had nothing but issues over the past 2 years. After yet another service call, yesterday I was told by the service manager that the unit they installed is garbage, they've had a lot of issues with them and that they don't sell them anymore. He then tried to convince me to purchase a new upgraded system from them. Stay far away from this company.
