Our AC stopped working on a super hot day. Called and was able to be serviced same day within 2 hours ! We are back up and running! Gave suggestions to look into in the future to maintain our unit and over the moon happy with the Tech. Super friendly knowledgeable and respectful! 10/10 would recommend!!
“Air Necessity” of the Ft Myers Fl area changed out our complete ducting that had problems associated with improper installation when home was built and fixed items on the A/C units that did not receive proper attention from previous service company. So far, my experience with Air Necessities has been fantastic. I needed to bump up my new service call shortly after purchasing our home because the house was not cooling down like it should’ve been. They came the next day, found the problem (cracked coil) and the solution (several options for repair or replace) and we will have a healthy, working system within 3 days!
