Our AC stopped working on a super hot day. Called and was able to be serviced same day within 2 hours ! We are back up and running! Gave suggestions to look into in the future to maintain our unit and over the moon happy with the Tech. Super friendly knowledgeable and respectful! 10/10 would recommend!!
The guys were on time and on point. Thank you Miss Faye. We are doing a job in a 9 story high end condo, where everyone must be extremely clean and professional. So far, my experience with Air Necessities has been fantastic. I needed to bump up my new service call shortly after purchasing our home because the house was not cooling down like it should’ve been. They came the next day, found the problem (cracked coil) and the solution (several options for repair or replace) and we will have a healthy, working system within 3 days! Incredible HVAC company with competent techs and solid leadership. Brandon was a true professional while servicing our system this week. We strongly advise any homeowner to have Air Necessity conduct routine checkups on their system. The alternative is always costly.
My air handler was freezing up and I thought I had the line clean. I called late in the afternoon and Sebastian came out the next morning and flushed out a ton of sludge that built up over 25 years of use had gathered. System is running great! Highly recommend Air Necessity!
