Carla B. Referred to me by my sister that has used Ken for years. I now have been using him for several years, and agree that you can't do any better than with Ken. He is prompt, professional, honest and leaves the areas clean. He won't do work that you don't need. He mostly works alone, and knows his business. Don't hesitate using Air Necessities.

On time every time, supper nice, and he is honest On time every time, supper nice, and he is honest..... That is hard to come by. Referred him to at least 20 people over the years all came back thanking me they said he was great. Don’t mistake him by a company in Duluth Air Necessities BY CHRIS.... I did once could not find his # and call them by mistake this guy was not good. PROS: on time, good price , quality work, CONS: can't think of any

P.McManus Ken Busch is the most professional person in the business. He is honest and will not do work that does not need to be done and does not overcharge. He will advise you of anything that he see that might need attention before he does the work. He can be trusted to be in your home and you can feel safe even if you are home alone. Air Necessities Heating & Airconditioning Ken Busch - Air Necessities On time (early) -Professional- Very Fair Pricing- Quality of work is the best I have ever seen done on HVAC Units- Clean and Neat - inside and out- does not try and sell things that are not needed. You get Ken doing the work - not so guy that was working for some other company 2 weeks before. OverALL THE BEST amg
