Used the place for years. Always great customer service. Helped me find lower rates when the price went up and super friendly and helpful when I had an issue getting into my unit.
This place has zero customer loyalty or appreciation. I have had a storage unit for more than 10 years with problems or late payments on my end. However, they continuously raise rates with no improvements made to the property. It looks the same that it did 10 years ago. I have a 10’ x 10’ unit. If you go to their website today you can get a 10’ x 10’ unit for new customer special rate of $80/month. Even if not using the special, a new customer gets it for $159/month.
