"Air Murphy AC" identified a leak in the condenser coil of my external unit. They subsequently informed me that they would procure a replacement condenser coil. Following this, I received a call from them stating that they had discovered my condenser coil was covered by a 10-year parts warranty, and as such, I would only be charged for the labor associated with its replacement. I received a really fair price and excellent installation on a new HVAC system. The guys who installed my new unit were friendly, efficient and informative. Im very happy with my decision to go with Air Murphy for my new A/C! Tim is the man!
I had a great experience with Air Murphy. My AC just suddenly stopped working. They worked me in to get a technician out to the condo fast, run diagnostics and have an understanding of what needed to be fixed. Luckily the unit was still under warranty. They came back out with the part the next day to complete the service and everything has been working great since. I'm very happy with this service!
Air Murphy were great and I would highly recommend them. We had an issue with our AC and they came out right away. They fixed the unit quickly when other contractors would have said replace it. Three months later the AC unit finally died, we called AIr Murphy, they came out right away and gave us an excellent quote for the replacement unit - we went ahead with the replacement and the work was very quick, efficient and very high quality.
