I no longer understand why we pay fees for Airmiles on our credit cards. I have been trying for 2 days to get assistance with my account. 4+ hour wait to get a live person today. 2+ hour wait yesterday to get a live person. Gave up. Tried chat bot to get an agent 90 minute wait only to find we needed to call in for assistance. Not at all acceptable. My fees are now being paid for nothing. Not impressed. It's a fake company nowadays. Terrible. Minus 10 stars. Bmo should be ashamed of offering such a "partner".
One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of having to communicate with. If you are always dealing with a higher then normal volume, then its just your normal volume. Figure it out
I would give them 0 starts if I could! My account has been hacked and I’ve been trying to get ahold of a representative on the phone and online for 2 weeks. There’s never an appropriate time to call and actually get somebody. I even tried to call through BMO to help but they were also unable to assist with the air miles account. This is disgraceful and beyond frustrating!
