I have purchased items with my reward miles a few times in the past. It was easy, and I received my items quickly. It's only been 1 year since my last purchase, but I do not seem to be able to sign in. I have been a loyal member for 20 years, so to sign in, I need my card number and pin number. I understand that they also use a password and and email address, so I tried that way as well. Nothing seemed to work. They won't delete my account unless i give them my new address and a copy of my ID. I wasn't aware my membership was an identity theft hostage when I signed up.

What a disappointment. I used airmiles to purchase some e vouchers. It took more than a day for them to appear in my account. Once in my account, I could neither download nor print them. I tried again the next day with the same outcome. I called customer service first thing in the morning assuming that I would be promptly received. I was wrong. I was advised that there would be a 40-minute wait time. I had other things to do and decided to hang up. I then tried the online chat service. This produced no useful results. And th... read more
