Ken is awesome! We had him install a brand new hybrid unit in a home we built several years ago and since have sent many family and friends his way. We are thankful to have found him and feel as though we have someone we “know” when it comes to anything HVAC.
Won't return calls
If you need someone that is honest, dependable, and will go out of their way to satisfy the customer, then you NEED Ken from Air Mechanics? He drove to Augusta, GA just to get the needed parts to fix my heating unit. He could have easily waited until the parts were shipped. I won't call anyone else but Air Mechanics! A++ !
Amazing owner
Ken has been extremely honest and trustworthy as he’s worked on my AC across the years. After years of limping along an old system of mine, I finally had him install a new unit (no pressure by him). Top notch and works great.
