We had both of our heaters go out the morning of February 9th during a very cold winter storm. We placed a call to see if Mr. Zimmerman could make an emergency service call since we had no heat with the wind chill being below zero. Mr. Zimmerman rearranged his schedule to fit us in since it was only 56 degrees in the house.
