I called Air MD because one of my units was not cooling. They came and gave me an estimate with a couple of options to repair the unit. After receiving the estimate and thinking about both options, I called the owner after hours to discuss. He answered and we discussed options. We discussed both scenarios that were given to me. He told me that he would check pricing after I had other questions about both scenarios. He didn't have to answer after hours but he did. Great people
Air md came out gave me a quote on services. They scheduled an appointment to start work, which was extensive. The day of the appointment they never showed up, or called and never heard from them again. I called several times and finally got someone on the phone. Said they had sickness and would get to me when they could. Extremely unprofessional. They wasted my time.
Unreliable, no customer service. Too expensive
