I called a week ago to schedule an appointment, and after talking to 2 different office people, they said I was scheduled for Monday, 8/24, in the afternoon. When I called later in the afternoon the day I was supposed to receive service, a third office person I had not talked to before told me I was not listed on the schedule. I find this HIGHLY unacceptable!!
RecommendedBeware a bit of customer service from the internal team. Quality service from the tech that came to my house, checked our issue and proceeded to explain what we might be hearing for a noise. He earned 5/5 stars on his end. He was fantastic. The business, itself, earned a 4/5 stars for poor customer service from the internal end. The invoice I received simply listed a total due, tasks completed in a paragraph form, and a $10 “truck fee”. We called regarding our furnace and they had someone out with a new part in just a couple of hours. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond.... THANK YOU so much! We highly recommend you guys!

Air Max had absolutely great customer service, and were promp in getting out to my house. Brandon is a boiler guru!
So pleased with my new AC for my office! Apparently our building had custom air conditioners installed back in the day when it was built. Luckily the guys at Air Max were up for the challenge. Keith, Kala and Evan made things super easy for me with simple communications. Evan and his crew were quick and efficient with this challenge of a project, super professional and courteous, too. Thanks again!!
Came out same day and only charged the inspection rate for the total repair.
