Hi, the guy they sent out to see about our some timey AC unit, was a quality individual, well trained in his craft, professional, friendly & helpful. He had no problem with me following him around, watching & asking questions. He actually educated me on how that AC unit works. His name was Nathan, represented Air Masters well enough for the 5 star. Great job.

We’ve been dealing with Air Masters for nearly a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been a long series of misdiagnoses, temporary fixes, and recurring failures. Our system was inspected and “repaired” multiple times, with different explanations given each visit; ranging from the float switch, capacitor, condenser fan motor, defrost board, and thermostat, to wiring issues and malfunctioning heat strips.
