This is such a dream team. We’re going on 3 years this summer with our new unit. From scheduling with Connie, to Rashad helping us identify the right unit, plus helping connect us to Vincent when we had issues which was unrelated to the system or their team’s work; our air quality was being impacted by an outside factor. Air Masters is the best in the business. Everyone that I had contact with was nothing short of fantastic. Connie and Tarsilla in the office, Brian and Audrey for installation, and Rashad who was the first person we met from Air Masters. We purchased a Lennox furnace and air conditioner through Costco about six years ago. Costco’s contracted company came out and installed the system. Over the past six years we have had the contracted company out fairly regularly as we continued to have issues with the system. This year I contacted Air Masters to troubleshoot the system. AC came out and performed a leak test and was able to locate a manufacturing defect consisting of about a dozen tiny holes.
