Air Masters is the best in the business. Everyone that I had contact with was nothing short of fantastic. Connie and Tarsilla in the office, Brian and Audrey for installation, and Rashad who was the first person we met from Air Masters. We purchased a Lennox furnace and air conditioner through Costco about six years ago. Costco’s contracted company came out and installed the system. Over the past six years we have had the contracted company out fairly regularly as we continued to have issues with the system. This year I contacted Air Masters to troubleshoot the system. AC came out and performed a leak test and was able to locate a manufacturing defect consisting of about a dozen tiny holes. I want to express my appreciation for Air Masters HVAC company for fixing a life-threatening problem with my heating system. My original gas furnace (circa 1967) was replaced by a Lennox furnace 13 years ago, and an A/C unit was added in 2015. On January 24, 2025, I noticed an exhaust-like smell in the house. By January 28th, a digital CO monitor alarmed with a reading of 343 ppm. We shut off the furnace, evacuated the house, and started heating with a woodstove and pellet stove. Rashad came out to determine best mini split for my house. He gave me a complete assessment and we agreed upon the BEST plan. Installation team were awesome. Professional, friendly and inclusive. Explained everything along the way. Completed one day. Rashad came back out for final walk through and did a detailed explanation of how BEST to control temperature. Would highly recommend this company and it's team.
