6/16 - Meet with Troy, who promises annual coil cleanings and checkups for 6 ACs for next 2 years. He says he will schedule this year's coil cleaning and checkups the next week. I give him a $1200 check which is cashed in the next couple of days. This is practically the only time they are prompt in my dealings with them. 6/24 - Tenant said AC went out.
