Installed a heat pump for me in early 2024. It doesn't keep my house warm. Called Christina and she was a no-show for our appointment and didn't answer her phone. Eventually I got up with her again. She came and put a device up to my vents and said it was blowing the correct temperature, and that i just need attic insulation. I blew in the equivalent of R52 this summer and installed attic caps.
