Customer Service is terrible – I am very unhappy with Claudia that works at Air Master Heating & Cooling located at 11835 Hamilton Ave. Cincinnati, Oh 45231 513-741-4333. I had a service appointment this morning to have my air conditioner unit fixed that I purchase from them 4 years ago. I paid $196.00 to have this unit serviced on 9-8-10.
