I have a great appreciation for this company! Tina, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and friendly, addressing all the questions my husband and I had. Charles was also very kind; his expertise and warm demeanor truly stood out. I will certainly consider their services for future needs, although I hope it won’t be necessary!

The heat in SC can be brutal and our HVAC stopped working during the weekend. I contacted my home warranty who in turn contacted Air Master. Kudos to Susan for being amazing and understanding. She worked with me to get on the schedule immediately. Charles came to our house and immediately recognized the issue. I would like to thank Air Masters Heating and Cooling in Gaston, SC, for the awesome job they did with my HVAC and ductwork. I would recommend this company to anyone needing the service. Austin, Steven, Charles and Cam was the team that serviced my system. I met them through my home warranty, however the work they did wasn't covered it was additional work that I needed to have done. We are very pleased with the service we received from Air Master's while installing a new H/AC unit. From Susan, the secretary, to the techs, Austin, Steven and Charles, they are friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We wanted an honest company that wouldn't take advantage of us. Excellent service. Austin replaced the gas valve on our heating system and upgraded the electrical for the system to be up to code and correct for our visual comfort needs. THANK YOU AIR MASTER!
