HVAC company bought our Rheem furnace here and it overheats. The HVAC company that installed it refuses to come up with a solution. Another Rheem dealer refuses to come up with a solution and will not return our calls. We were told by Rheem to directly work with Air Management Supply and they would advocate on our behalf. They told us they would work with another HVAC company to resolve and now they are not returning our calls. I have never worked with such unprofessionalism.
