I would not recommend Air Majesty based on my experience with them through American Home Shield. Jim first came to my home for a ductwork problem. During that visit, he repeatedly asked me to give him a 5-star review through AHS, which I did. What bothered me afterward was that my return appointment was not scheduled until after I submitted that review.
