Alexis came out for service and took excellent care of us. He was very professional, honest, and didn’t try to oversell us on any BS we didn’t need. He got our unit up and running in less than 10 minutes. It was a huge breath of fresh air in comparison to our recent experience with other AC companies and I’m glad we found Majesty.
