I had such a great experience with Air Majesty! My AC broke down during one very hot day, but Air Majesty came to my aid on the same day itself, which I was thankful for. The technician was professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout the whole process. He made sure he explained everything in detail for me to understand precisely what he was doing, which was good since there was no high-pressure sales or attempts at upselling. I have had such a wonderful experience dealing with Air Majesty! They reacted promptly, managed to repair our air conditioner on the same day – which we greatly appreciated. The tech was polite, professional, explained everything about the problem and process of repair in detail so that we understood everything that was going on.
