Definitely would not recommend! I placed a service request with my home warranty company for some malfunctioning dampeners. The tech that was sent to my home spent minimal time looking at the unit and then submitted a response back to my home warranty company not mentioning anything about the dampeners. The claim was ultimately denied because what they reported was not the issue I was having. I've reached out to this company multiple time with no one EVER answering the phone or returning voicemails.
My allergies were acting up at home, so I had them come out for an indoor air quality check. They gave me options, were very educational, and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I truly valued their patience and honesty throughout.
