I work for Air Mac Inc. as An overhaul Mechanic, We are very busy, and due to the Parts that we order its on the company to ship and have delivered and sometimes that takes a while, Some parts are expensive and/or come from overseas. Once we get them in we may take our time in putting them back together, but please understand that there is more than just simply putting back together, its got to be cleaned, and there clearances and timing that has to be set and that alone takes time. I dont leave many review's , they sent out a tech to do the first service on our compressor , Ronnie the tech that came was very thorough , answered all my questions and did an oustanding job, cleaned -up after he was done.

Called to schedule a service call. Was told the soonest they could be out would be Tuesday of the following week, 5 days later. No problem Scheduled the service call waited the entire day the day of the scheduled service call. NO CALL NO SHOW! Called them to see if they were still coming out. They didn't know anything about my service call. Unorganized and lack of communication. The competition will thank you. They will be out next day.
