Went to store in Adelaide paid $1400 for my machine, 3 weeks later head office in NSW charged my credit card to which they had no authorisation to touch $1400 for same machine, when notified told I have to wait a week for my money to be returned as there is no one to transfer my money back and it's not their fault, staff error 🤗

Sales representative experience- 0/10 - dealt with a representative that rarely responded to enquiries and emails. The representative left the company and my order finalised in Mid March was left on the back-burner. ****Warning to existing customers**** ***scam alert*** Check your bank statements, this company admitted to me over the phone they had billing issues and incorrectly issued invoices to multiple customers and I was one of them. I have made two phone calls to this company to have my issue resolved and they have resulted in nothing. Do not trust them with your credit card or banking details as this may result in charges that seem impossible to stop or get refunded for.
