I quit Schneider not because the pay, benefits and insurance were not excelent. I quit because I needed to be home every night. Air-Land was there for me when I need it. Air-Land was then, a "mom & pop" co. with average pay lower than the big co. but good insurance and 401K program. Most important, I knew what I gave up as pay and I was good with it, as long as I was home every night. The office people, the dispachers were very nice to me all the time.
