Over the weekend, one of my air-conditioning units started giving me trouble. On Monday morning, I called “Air It Up”. I spoke with Ms Liz, who was very patient, polite, understanding, assured me that my problem would be taken care of as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours, technician George was at my residence working on the problem.
