I was very disappointed in the service I received. First of all, I felt the tech stretched the time to add an extra 1/2 hour. I didn’t stay with him the entire time, but he was on his phone at one point when I returned. He spent so long in his truck I thought he’d left. Secondly, he said the furnace was making an odd sound but he didn’t know what it was and to call if I had trouble in the future, so that wasn’t fixed. Wow! Let me tell you about Luke with Air Innovations! We have been dealing with AC issues all summer. Luke arrived - after 5 pm, I might add - and stuck with us until the job was done. It’s now 8:30 pm, and he left only 10 minutes ago - and I’m beginning to turn into an ice cube. Thank you, Luke and Air Innovations!
Best service ever! Showed up within given time frame. Great prices and work ethic. My installer and apprentice were honest snd hardworking. They went above and beyond expectations. Easy to talk to and get direct informative answers. Cleaned up like they were never here. I would highly recommend and will never use the previous company again.

Thank you to Colton with Air Innovations. We woke up this morning with our heater not working. Right before a very cold front coming in. We called at 7 am.
