He did fine. I don't understand though why, if there's a remote app that allows them to see that something is wrong why they didn't initiate the service call, and why, when it was just batteries to a sensor, I had to pay $90 when I have a service contract. The ideal situation would have been for Air Inc to notice there was a problem when their system told them, then call me, then send someone who said, oh, just batteries - your service contract covers this.
Daniel was excellent. He identified a potential life threatening CO2 leak. he was extremely knowledgeable and smartly called the gas company. He stuck around all day to make sure everything was safe.
