My 2003 Passat needed transmission work. I called nine, yes nine, places, including the dealership on South Tacoma Way, to no avail. One place got back to, but refused to discuss my car or my concerns. We found AIR Import Repairs online. What an amazing experience. They would actually talk to us, discussed concerns and when asked, offered an opinion. We love them! Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. So helpful, quick and reasonably priced. Everything you want when dealing with car issues.

Charles B., The environmental fee is commonly added to the work order to off set environmental practices incorporated into the services performed. It is common and always given to you as a part of the price which you agree to before services are performed. We apologize for miscommunicating this to you.
Watch out for the "Enviro Fee". The fee is a rip off, and automatically added in to the bill. Customer beware of this and their business practices.
I have been having my cars ( Subaru, VWs and BMWs) serviced here for years. The shop is clean, the work is well done and they are honest about what the cars need.
