They repaired my tool which was under warranty. Then they said it was not under warranty and fixed it without permission and told me I had to pay to get the tool back. I am now without the tool because a new tool was $10 more than the fixed very old tool.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF TO GET REPAIRED HERE! Brought a Dewalt electric lawnmower into this place for repair and it took over TWO MONTHS for them to tell me that they were incapable of fixing it. I had to call several times over this period for a simple status check and was usually either abruptly hung up on or told to call back later. If you ever want your items repaired, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
I own a painting company and have a few different paint sprayers. One of them had broken on me during a job. A SprayTech 1420. This company did a fantastic job repairing the primer switch and got it done fast. They repair lots of different Wagner products. I recommend trying these guys out. They also sell used products too in the interest of saving money. I'm grateful for their professional service.
I had a Dewalt drill that had the gears or something stripped out. Covered under warranty Air Hydraulic was the closest authorized service to me. Dropped off the drill and was told that it could take a month to be repaired mostly because any part or replacement tool would have to be received from Dewalt. Stay away they are a big scam!!! they came to my business to do maintenance on the air compressor for over $300.. After a month broke down when i called him to ask what happend he offered to sell me a used one what an AAAAAA... luckily you don't have Zero for a star. STAY AWAY!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY..
