Flights on schedule, nice and friendly service. Since United are a partner airlines of the Star Alliance, most of my travels from Europe to the US, back and forth, I fly with United.
I just called the number listed here for united flights to ask a simple question about carry on items and got hung up on the first time and when I called back I got told to call united and hung up on again. Totally rude. Guy named Lance. Even if he was not the person who could answer my question there is no excuse for treating a customer that way. I was calm and polite and just tried to ask a question.
