Positive experience today. Prompt service, Kelly our technician was nice, professional and clearly explained the issue with the unit. We’re very glad we have this local servicer to call on.
We had a super complicated air vent that was impossible to get to due to our house being 100 years old and the crawl space having low clearance. The room it was in was the same one our thermostat and return vent are in as well, so our unit just kept running nonstop because the room could never get to temp. Fortunately, with the knowledge and problem solving skills of our Technician, Nick, he was able to fish the duct work through with a piece of PVC pipe and get our vent working for the first time since we’ve lived here!
