Keith came out within an hour of me calling. Identified the issue and fixed it immediately. Also showed me how to prevent it in the future and helped me plan for what’s next with my unit. It’s nice to feel like they care and are really trying to help save me money.
Had a great experience with Keith servicing our HVAC and Rinnai Water Heater. I would highly recommend him. He thoroughly explains everything and is very friendly and professional.
