Very friendly and helpful staff.
Shipped a kitten out and Cathy was great. They're a busy facility so don't cut your flight time too close. But if you give yourself the right time, they're good to work with.
I had to deal with Mark before getting my dog on a flight. I have never been treated by someone the way Mark treated me. The utter contempt this man had for me without knowing anything about me, the way he treated the dog, the way he lied about regulations and policies at the company in order to make the dog miss its flight, this man should be deeply ashamed.
