Pretty poor customer service. Inflexible shipping and order options. Bad website design with multiple accessory pages missing, then when you reach out to ask, they link them (it’s just the part number after the url if anyone else has the same issue). Unwilling to ship directly, all orders must go through Amazon—even though they do not sell single packs of items and you have to order 2-packs or larger from there.
