They sold me a car that was complete crap. They bragged how they had done a full tune up to the car, changed the spark plugs, etc. Well, a spark plug had broken and fell into the engine during their service, and they just left it. Needless to say four days after I purchased the car the engine blew and caught fire while I was driving on the freeway.
