I thought it would take most of the afternoon to take apart our A/C system. The technician was done in under three hours and said there was a clog in the condenser coil that made it inefficient. He said he would wipe each part clean before putting it all back together.

I was a little concerned about the price at the beginning but the guy took the time to explain everything in detail and did preventive maintenance on our A/C in no time and efficiently in a little over an hour. It was nice that he pointed up a small fault with the fan belt which might have caused expensive repairs if left ignored.

I was worried about the price at first but the guy went over everything carefully and conducted preventive maintenance on our A/C efficiently in just over an hour. It was comforting to have him identify a tiny problem with the fan belt that may have led to costly repairs had it gone unnoticed.
