Our contractor used them for our new build back in the fall of 2019. Moved in March 2020 and realized our kids rooms were ice cold. Had a friend come out and noticed Air Force One didn’t hook up any duct work to the front half of the house. Called Nick because they were the company who installed this. The owner is a very nice person, however there’s no follow through on what he says he’ll do. We bought multiple furnaces and air conditioners from him a couple years ago through our builder. The installation was great, products great, but getting him back to do service has been a months long process of phone calls and text messages that resulted in promises to schedule a service call, then nothing.
