Our AC went out, and that never happens when you want it to. Tom Tyler came over to investigate within 45 minutes and had a quote shortly after that. He even moved some things around (with the permission of his next day jobs) to get our AC and furnace installed faster, because we have a newborn. David and Marcus showed up first thing in the morning, were incredibly polite and professional, and by 5pm we had the new AC installed and blowing cold air! Great team!
Gus came out & figured out the problem very quickly! It was going to be an expensive repair & he was going to get us on the schedule for a later date...but then he got together with the company & another Technician & got our Air conditioner back up and working well on the same day! Gus is extremely Knowledgeable & Polite. He went out of his way to take care of us. KUDOS to Gus & the rest of the crew.
