Rod and the team are simply excellent. I thoroughly recommend anyone use them. They are professional, courteous, patient and easy to talk to. They replaced my ageing air cooling system quickly and efficiently.
I’ll just get right to it: these are THE men for the job. Rod and Josh are kings of their craft, I cannot recommend them enough. We called about switching out an old thermostat and they came bright and early on Monday and were able to swap it out. Let me start by saying that Rod and Josh at Air Flow Heating and Cooling is where you want to go. I’m saving you time and effort, look no further. Unorganized, unreliable, no urgency when you have no AC working, can’t seem to give any set time for an appointment gives you a 4 hour window in the middle of the day when you will most likely be busy. You call and talk to someone who then tells you to text for an appointment, and they don’t communicate with the person you’re suppose to text. No availability. What a mess. I don’t recommend.
I can see why Air Flow Heating & Cooling consistently receives five-star reviews. Today, both my air conditioner and furnace were inspected, and the service was outstanding. The technicians took the time to perform a thorough and careful inspection without ever making the process feel rushed. My family and I will definitely continue relying on Air Flow in the future. I highly recommend them for their punctuality, quality workmanship, and friendly, professional service.
