I have never taken the time to do one of these reviews, but this company earned it. It has the worst booking system, poor service, and it is expensive compared to other AC companies. DO NOT CALL THEM. They have the worst operations and do not know how to run a business. I booked an emergency service call on Tuesday, the rep told me the soonest we have send a tech a on Thursday from 9 am to 100; well, on Thursday no show by 1 pm, so I called on Thursday at 1 pm , their response, sorry we actually have it for tomorrow Friday f... read more
My drain line was clogged so I called airflow to come take a look and was told it was beyond repair and needed a new pump/drain line. They wanted to install a pump and new line through my ceiling and out the back of my house. My home is only 4 years old so I thought it was odd that I needed a brand new line so I snaked the line myself and now it’s fine. I normally don’t give reviews, but this time I have to, Aldi did an amazing job, he is always reliable no matter what, super professional and gets things done on time. I def recommend his service if you looking for a good company that offer nothing but good service.

I really don’t appreciate road rage especially from a company where you’re advertising your services. This vehicle to cut me off on Highway 17 going through Lake Alfred today. it’s so sad that a business can’t take their time and drive professionally instead of driving erratically, and weaving in and out of traffic.
