Omar and Dustin from Air Flow Comfort Systems were fantastic! They installed a new supply plenum with dampers to balance our AC system and did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Highly recommend them and Air Flow Comfort Systems for any HVAC needs! Especially if you’re in the Keller area.
We needed a routine service call to check our systems. We got great service and an education too. Dustin spent some extra time explaining the technical details that made it easy to understand. Recommend to Haslet and their entire service area. Great service, fair price.
This is THE company you want to go with. It is a small team with the owner involved on every project. The small team allows them to keep the overhead down, so the pricing is the most affordable we found. We had to have our entire unit replaced on our home and Air-flow was almost half of the quote we got from the big guys with the all the marketing. You’re missing out if you don’t at least give them a call for a quote.
I contacted Air Flow to discuss my two a/c units. They were 18 years old and the spring tune-up revealed that there were leaks that could not be "patched". Omar met with me, and we discussed the options available, like financing options. He also explained the "pros and cons" of upgrading. Heat pump or no heat pump. My parents used this company for our family home. Not only was the part overpriced but so was their half-hazard attempt at “labor.” We bit the bullet on the cost of needing our AC fixed and even paid extra for a tune-up because summer was approaching. All of this occurred in March. It was not surprising to learn the outrageous mark-up in pricing but what really puts the cherry on top is that, come August, our AC breaks AGAIN.
