I just want to say, from a prospective customer point of view, Omar's customer service is on point! I received estimates from multiple companies (4), and Omar was the only one of the four that showed up to check our unit and our setup, and have a real conversation with my husband and I like real people. Prices were very competitive and although Air Flow's wasn't the lowest, the customer service element of Omar's, visit sold us. Can't wait to continue doing business with you!

Omar quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. My heat was working perfectly by the time he left. I highly recommend Omar and Airflow Comfort System to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service.
AFCS has been keeping my AC up and running for the past 8 months, they are professional and have good pricing. They are also reliable and very responsive. Dustin has also continually given me good advice on maintaining things and extending the life of my unit. I definitely recommend their maintenance plan, because they can look at the unit while it is working properly and check how healthy it is throughout the year (aside from the system cleanings that they do).
Air Flow Comfort Systems came out within 24 hours to perform a tune-up and service on our HVAC system prior to our inspection. Everything is running great, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their customer service is excellent—they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending them to others and will continue using them for any future HVAC needs!
