I had a whole new variable speed, zoned Trane HVAC system installed at the end of 2021. Install crew was great, and the system has worked well until this year. First we had the main thermostat die, which was covered under warranty + labor. Fine. Next the zone control module died, which was "covered" under warranty but this time they charged me $150 to diagnose the issue (I told them it was the zone control, but they didn't put one on the truck) and then wanted to charge me $790 to install it. Eli Knapp, technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional while he performed the inspection/maintenance of my heating systems. Tim Nadon, Comfort Specialist, was very knowledgeable and professional in his presentation. Installation crew of Tim and Mat were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional on the new heat pump and associated elements installation. The complex install was completed in one day. Outstanding workmanship!
