Air Flo was great to send reminders about my service and a notice when the technician was coming. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and delightfully pleasant. I highly recommend Air Flo for annual maintenance and any required service.
Horrible experience. Charges were not explained before the service was carried out. We were way overcharged for a capacitor having to be replaced.
Technician Eli Knapp came out to diagnose and repair a problem with the cooling aspect of our heat pump system. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, extending the life of our system. He was thorough, knowledgeable, informative, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with Air Flo’s service overall and would recommend them highly.
Andy was great. He called with an ETA. Much appreciated. He was efficient, very polite and friendly.
