From our first experience with Tim coming to give us a bid and then back again to answer questions and clarify, Air Flo was very easy to work with. From the time we signed to installation was only 3 days. We replaced because of age not because it had broken. Installers Tanner and Matt showed up promptly just after 8 am and worked straight through the day finishing by 4:30 pm. We use Air Flo for our annual maintenance service. Our furnace recently wasn’t putting out any heat and we called them on a late Saturday evening. We got a call back from Eli who was the service technician on call. He was fantastic to work with helped walk us through some troubleshooting issues. He was able to come out the next day on a Sunday of a long weekend to help further determine the issue.
