This business does not have a phone number to contact them - they mailed incorrect filters, cheaper than I ordered. It is impossible to contact them thru email or phone! I want to return the filters I got and get my money back!
placed order with this company and never received merchandise. they billed my credit card and sent me an invoice showing the order complete. The ***** tracking number provided shows that a label was created but never shipped. I have tried all avenues to contact them but to no avail. Phone number out of service, support email does not work, and messages left thru their website go unanswered. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 2 UV lamps from this company. When I got the bulbs, they were not what I ordered. I have tried to contact them via the contact form on their web site, but they do not respond. I called the 'phone number that shows up on my credit card for them, but it says that it is disconnected. I sent e mails about the package, but they were returned as undeliverable. Shipping was supposed to be 3 days + processing, but it took 2 weeks to get to me.
