Excellent service call. Would use them again. Only issue, was told I'd get a follow up call from the office pricing a new pool heater, that never happened.
I called Air Express due to a problem with my pool heater. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for the next day. There technician Gene came during the scheduled time and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting he was able to locate and fix the issue. Pricing was reasonable and I felt confident that he was very knowledgeable in the work performed. I will be calling on them I. The future.
We called Air Express, our pool heat pump was malfunctioning. They were able to come out in a matter of a few days. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Gene our technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly after checking out the whole system. He had parts on hand so there was no further delays. I thought the price for the repair was very fair, and totally recommend them. Thanks again.
He was so nice and professional. Cost a little more than I thought but great and pool heater is working. Coming back to install a new control panel. Second visit today (with no additional service charge) only labor and parts were covered by warranty. Afterward owners called and he stands behind his work. I would use them again.
Good communication and good analysis of what was leaking on my pool heater pump, which couldn’t easily be fixed, so they ordered a new part and got it done. Good work! Work covered under warranty, no charge!
