We called Air Express, our pool heat pump was malfunctioning. They were able to come out in a matter of a few days. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Gene our technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly after checking out the whole system. He had parts on hand so there was no further delays. I thought the price for the repair was very fair, and totally recommend them. Thanks again.

Our AC unit was having an issue. We called Air express and a Technician arrived within four hours. He located the problem and said the product was under warranty. He fixed the problem and said he would turn it in for the warranty work. He changed our filters while he was there and we contacted their office for a full year service plan. I was very impressed. Seems like so many service people are trying to rip you off these days. Air express did not try to sell me anything and did a fantastic job as quickly as possible.

These guys are great! Changed a busted fan in my handler in the attic...as quick as daylight restoring cold air once again into my home! I would strongly recommend em...cause they really know what they are doing!
