These guys are great! Changed a busted fan in my handler in the attic...as quick as daylight restoring cold air once again into my home! I would strongly recommend em...cause they really know what they are doing!
Air Express technician Gene came out to look at our air conditioning unit today. He called to let us know he would be here in an an hour and was perfectly prompt.so professional; courteous and helpful. Gene explained to us and showed us with great patience everything that we asked him. Such a delightful professional I truly hope our warranty company continues to use Air Express as they were truly a pleasure to work with. Gene is exceptional! Thank you!!
Gene came out and quickly diagnosed my air conditioning issue. He let me know ahead of time his approximate arrival. He was very thorough, had all the right tools to locate my issues, gave me good recommendations, and it’s gonna follow through with Repair. He’s one of the best AC repairment that I’ve experienced over the last couple years.
This company is committed to their customers and quality of repair . They continuously texted me to give updates of when their technician was coming. Customer service is their number one quality. Gene Conklin technician who came was friendly. Experience and answered my Questions. I would highly recommend this company . You don’t often find companies committed to their customers and their quality of care.
The technician was very knowledgeable about the pool heater. He was quick to find the cause was a capacitor failure. He installed a new capacitors and checked the system out. Highly recommend Air Express Hvac for your heating and cooling needs.
