Just received superior customer service from Air Express, Richmond. Christy in scheduling promptly provided an appointment for our AC service and let me know when the technician would arrive. Ray, the technician, was great. We had mentioned that one of the bedrooms was hotter than others and he asked if we had checked to make sure vents were all open. Surely we did that? Nope. He fixed us up and was both nice and professional.
