We have had Tom over a couple of times for our annual AC/furnace service and have been very happy. Communication is easy, and he has been able to accommodate our schedule. He always takes time to answer any questions that we have. When he was at our home last week, he identified a problem that we were unaware of. My wife and I were extremely impressed by Tom’s professionally done check up of our heating system. He used his expertise and experience to ensure that our system was operating optimally and that there were no issues needing to be addressed affecting the operation of our heater. He was helpful by offering a couple of things for me to do as preventive measures to keep the heater running well, thus avoiding having to have him fix any problem that might otherwise arise. NOCO air replaces our furnace and services our air conditioner and provides outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing heating and air repair or services.
We had an emergency with our furnace. Tom came out, after hours, on a Friday evening, and diagnosed the problem. He was back the next morning (Saturday) to install a new motor in our furnace. He checked and cleaned all of the parts of our furnace system to make sure everything was in top working condition. Tom was friendly and professional and I would recommend him highly!!!
