Allen B did a great job servicing our upstairs HVAC unit. He was on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and the cost. He actually told us that under a service contract, the cost would be half for each bi-annual service because our other HVAC unit is under the ease comfort program. He conducted the service and showed up with photos what he had done and the status of our 10- year old unit. By that time, we had decided to enter into a service agreement.
