Posting on behalf of my friend. She got a brand new A/C unit from this company 3 1/2 years ago. It is still under warranty. The compressor is under warranty. Yet, yesterday when they came out to her house, they told her it would be $1,500 to fix, even though it is under warranty! Shameful.
In today's world, dependable customer service is hard to come by, so very appreciated when you get it. FANTASTIC customer service is even more rare. Misty at the office and our service tech could not be making our lives any easier. Our service tech is so polite to my Mom (who lives at our home) and the same for Misty. They have gotten to know us and our needs. We work out of state & are rarely at home, Misty and our service rep (his name is slipping my mind, SORRY) go out of their way to make us comfortable. I had AIR EXPERTS for a number of years and decided to change to next Plumbing and drain so I let her express know and they said I had Already paid for a maintenance visit so I scheduled it and the tech came and put my Humidistat at 65 and the temperature at 71 and went outside to the air conditioner he was out there about five minutes and said the air conditioner is running very well and then he left that night when I went to put my air on it wasn’t working so finally at 1 o’clock in the morning I figured it out. My family has had Air Experts since we move in 4 years ago, and we could not be happier. Misty with scheduling, and the maintenance team (shout out to Jason!) have been amazing. Jason just put in a new unit and my family could not be happier! Thank you to the team, and Jason for his hard work!!
**PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING** Review for AIR Experts of Sarasota Company I recently had one of my ac units stop working. I called AIR EXPERTS to have a look (I had a service contract). I am told after a 5 minute assessment that “unit was shot” and I needed a new one at a cost of $6400. I hesitated just a bit and said let me think on it (I had ac in other areas of house). I decided to call another company for their input….. $98 later the new company repaired and unit works fine! Watch out for these dudes!
