Technicians are a poor representation of the company! This driver attempted to run us off of the road and made inappropriate hand gestures out of the window. I was in the market for Air Experts, but will not be utilizing their services due to this employee driving the service van with the plate JSJN36

Fantastic local HVAC company! Before entire replacement of two AC/heat systems I received estimates from four competing companies. Air Experts was thousands less, offered the best real live person and tech support and superior products. Mother Nature rained us out initially but Misty immediately rescheduled my install and lead tech Nash spent 12 hours at my home in sweltering heat to ensure two systems were completely installed in one day! Used air experts for 4 years. Service was ok in the beginning but has deteriorated over the years. Person who dispatches service people is rude and flip. Compared to other AC companies in the area they are at the bottom
They were wonderful they call and let me know about when it's time to service my air conditioner and they set up the appointment to do maintenance they are a wonderful company
