This place used to be great, but recently one of their employees bought them out. I've called 5 times and left messages. The new owner answered once and asked me to text my info and he'd put me on the schedule for next week. That was 2 months ago. Called and texted numerous times again and can't get any response.
Came quickly and the hvac guy was so professional, courteous and knew his stuff. Very good customer service!! Warm now.. Also very reasonable price. Thank you!
Our 24 year old furnace broke down a couple of weeks ago. We hired Air Excellence to put in a new furnace. The people were so kind, the furnace is brand new technology, and they are very fairly priced! We are very satisfied with our service. Great company.
Serviceman found and repaired a bad contact in one of the thermostats. During another call serviceman found that a family member had installed a filter backwards.
