Was recommended their services but wish we had not. We paid them up front for an AV service that did nt take place, however they have since refused to give us our retainer back citing cash flow issues. Have emailed Carl but have had no reply. Avoid.

MAJOR anger management problem from Carl the owner. He sent service men to my house who came up with a reason that my air conditioning was leaking having NOTHING to do with the actual reason. I would hope that an owner of a business would be more solution oriented, rather than enjoying the opportunity to hoist his "experience from his desk" at me in an angry way.
