I understand its Summer in AZ but couldn't get hold of anyone to schedule a service. Tried calling for 2 days get message immediately to leave message but then get "mailbox is full". No email or website to be able to contact so yeah, difinitely would not recommend.
If you need a reliable dependable HVAC repair, do not use these jokers. Scheduled an HVAC repair 9 days ago and they call the day of to cancel the appointment and do not even apologize or offer an alternative after making a customer wait for 9 days. They obviously have no regard for customer service or customer retention.
The tech went above and beyond to repair our unit! Thank you soo much!
