Over-Rated & Watch Your Wallet: We chose Environmental Systems Associates to examine problems that we were having with our heating system because of their good reviews. Things started out well. Terrence, the technician who was sent to examine the problem, did a good job. He fixed a minor problem and noted that the motor module needed replacement. Our air conditioner broke down during a heat wave. They returned our call promptly and came to our house the same day. They were extremely professional and had our ac working again quickly. We could not be more pleased! The technicians were skilled and polite. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Stan Gelber and Sons.
We have used Stan Gelber & Sons for 20+ years. They repaired our old central a/c system and also installed a new one; they installed a new furnace; and they made numerous repairs and maintenance visits over the years. They are professional, responsive, knowledgable, and neat. Brian Gelber is up to date on all state-of-the-art technology. A servicer came out twice to fix my air conditioning unit. First he said it was the fan so he replaced it and charged me. After that didn't work, he came out and topped off some coolant. That didn't work either. So, then he says my entire system needed to be replaced. This after having paid nearly 1500 dollars already. These people are incompetent and out to get money. Take your business else where.
Not a good place to work, Family business owned and personal friends as workers, if your not one of these Don't apply, your job won't last. Nice at the beginning then will be out of work in no time. Would not recommend it here!!

I was really pleased with the outstanding work and service from Mark Allen Plumbing & Heating. We needed our downstairs toilet replaced. A worker from Mark Allen arrived at our home the same day and went right to work. Within a half hour, we had a new fixture. The worker was careful about my house and took appropriate measures to ensure that there was no damage. Overall, I would highly recommend Mark Allen Plumbing & Heating to anyone. I give them an A+.
