Air & Energy came in to replace my HVAC unit to include an APCO-X unit. I began smelling a stale odor in my house and I called them. I asked the service person if my UV light possibly went out and he informed me that there was not even a unit installed (as it should have been per the discussion with Keith at the time of the bid). The service man sprayed down the coils to from what I understand had bacteria/mold growth.
