Air & Energy came in to replace my HVAC unit to include an APCO-X unit. I began smelling a stale odor in my house and I called them. I asked the service person if my UV light possibly went out and he informed me that there was not even a unit installed (as it should have been per the discussion with Keith at the time of the bid). The service man sprayed down the coils to from what I understand had bacteria/mold growth. they show up on time, they do what is expected, they clean up, and their work product is second to none. they have alot of experienced employees. one time there was a minor issue. 24hrs later taken care of. they have been in this county for decades. and the quality of their work is the reason they are still here.
We have used Air & Energy for many years. Really it’s all about trust & we trust Air & Energy. Recently we had someone come out to do our 6 month maintenance. The man that came protected us with mask & gloves during this pandemic. We felt comfortable having him in our home, another necessary thing to having someone you don’t know in your home.
