Tony M. I’m gonna keep it very simple. STAY AWAY. They will come out and misdiagnose your issue and then lie about their findings to try and sale you something.you don’t need and will not provide an invoice upon completion of their initial diagnosis. SCAMMERS!!!
STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT HONEST! Once you have paid them, things change. They make promises at the time of service and all of it changes after they're paid. They have told me over and over that they can't find my invoice to honor my warranty. Aways a promise to call back when it is located, hasn't recieved that call ever. The invoice isn't lost they do not want to honor the transaction. i'm presently considering legal action. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. they are not honorable.
Air Dynasty doesn't even deserve one star. They were sent to my home to clean out the drain lines. Jesus convinced me to complete two surveys for the company before leaving in exchange for future unit check-ups. In less than 48 hours my drain pan was overflowing and I had to call another company to come out and fix what Air Dynasty screwed up. Our twenty year old heat pump failed in April. We called Dynasty and they came to diagnose the problem that same day We decided that a replacement was the best option and a new unit arrived the next day. However the unit, which came from the manufacturer had the wrong connection fittings. The Dynasty people quickly removed it and came back the following day with another new unit with the correct fittings. It was installed and up and running with in a couple of hours.
